This October, let's take a step toward greater health, freedom, and intentional living with our October Sugar Reset Challenge! This challenge is not about perfection or completely eliminating every source of sugar. It's about becoming more aware of our choices, reducing excess added sugar, and learning to nourish our bodies with foods that support our overall wellness. As we journey through this reset, let's invite God into the process—asking Him for wisdom, discipline, and self-control. Each healthy choice is an opportunity to care for the body He has entrusted to us.

The Challenge

For the month of October, challenge yourself to:

âś” Drink more water

Make water your primary beverage.

âś” Reduce added sugars

Become intentional about highly sweetened foods and drinks.

âś” Eat more whole foods

Choose foods that provide nourishment and satisfaction.

âś” Read food labels

Become familiar with where added sugar appears.

âś” Prepare more meals at home

Cooking gives you greater control over ingredients.

âś” Move your body

Walking, stretching, strength training, Pilates, or another activity you enjoy can support your overall wellness.

âś” Pray before making choices

Invite God into your wellness journey.

âś” Practice grace

One less-than-perfect choice doesn't ruin your progress.

Closing

As we come to the end of our October Sugar Reset Challenge, remember that this journey is about more than simply cutting back on sugar—it's about creating healthier habits and becoming more intentional about what influences our choices. Celebrate the progress you've made, the lessons you've learned, and the moments when you chose nourishment over old habits. Don't strive for perfection; strive for consistency and give yourself grace along the way. Take what you've learned this month and carry it forward, continuing to honor God through the way you nourish, move, and care for your body. Let this be the beginning of a healthier lifestyle, not simply the end of a 30-day challenge.

Blessings
