Senior Fitness Class

FREE

This class is designed specifically for older adults. We focus on gentle exercises to improve strength, flexibility, balance, and overall well-being. With a supportive and friendly atmosphere, you’ll enjoy safe, low-impact workouts tailored to your fitness level. Join us to boost your energy, maintain mobility, and enjoy a healthier, more active lifestyle!

DAY: Wednesdays

Breathe & Stretch Class

$25

This class is designed to help you heal, relax, and generate a sense of connection between your mind, body, and soul.

DAY: Wednesdays (NO CLASS TILL DEC)
TIME: 7:30 PM EST
DURATION: 45 Min
LOCATION: Online

All are welcome! 

NOTE: Because I teach in random locations, feel free to BYOM to create your own vibe!
(BYOM = Bring Your Own Music) lol

Pilates-Fusion Class

$25

This Mat Pilates class is designed to strengthen and align your body by incorporating different workout styles like Barre, strength training, cardio and dance; a long with drawing you closer to God through the power of deep breathing and prayer. 

FYI: We do use light weights, a Pilates ball, sliders, or/and resistance bands from time to time, but these things are not necessary to participate in class. COME AS YOU ARE!

DAY: Saturdays (NO CLASS TILL DEC)

TIME: 10 AM EST
DURATION: 45 Min
LOCATION: Online
